The verb that ends with "consonant+y" like cry or fly, it has a deffirent conjugation in the third singular pronoun "she,he and it " in present simple and the past simple.

Example:
               The verb cry  => He cries
                                Try => she tries
In this case we have the consonant R before y, we replace the Y by i+ es of present simple

                 Example: verb fly مثال: فعل يطير
I fly
You fly

He flies
She flies
It flies

We fly
You fly
They fly
                        Verb study فعل يدرس
I study
You study

He studies
She studies
It studies

We study
You study
They study

For the verb that ends with "vowel+y" it stays as it is in present simple.
For example :
Play    => I play
                 She play

 Example: مثال
                         Verb stay فعل يبقى
I stay
You stay
He stay
She stay
It stay
We stay
You stay
They stay
